Hospitality Construction: Starwood’s first aloft and element

“Construction of a dual hotel campus for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide’s first element hotel and alot hotel is underway in Lexington, Mass. Construction of the four-story, 78,000-sq. ft., wood-framed element and the four-story, 66,000-sq. ft., block-and-plank aloft is being aided through a process called Building Information Modeling, and Tocci Building Construction will complete the campus in 2008.”
